Server log files
When you access this website, our host automatically stores your IP address, date and time, the file retrieved, the volume of data transferred, browser type, operating system and referrer URL. This serves security, stability and error analysis (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after 14 days at the latest and is not merged with other sources.
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Cookies
We set only one technically necessary cookie, which stores your language selection (WPML). Legal basis: Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can delete or block cookies in your browser.
Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details solely in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. There is no contact form and no newsletter.

Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). An informal message to info[at]jochen-baumeister.de is sufficient.
Right to complain: you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
Other
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU. Data is transmitted using TLS encryption. We will update this policy whenever changes in the law or in our offering make this necessary.
